This impromptu performance was created with the aim of raising awareness in the digital community of Rong Place on the benefits of meditation and demystifying its application among the youngest.

A study conducted by Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology reported that the positive effects of meditation on pain and memory management may come from an improved ability to regulate a crucial brain wave. called the alpha wave.

This rhythm is thought to "lower the volume" of distracting information, suggesting that a key value of meditation may be to help the brain cope with an often overstimulating world.
